Whilst we will try to provide all services at all times some services may be limited at busy times.

Each collection and delivery is priced individually according to size of vehicle requested and mileage travelled whilst loaded with your item. Tolls, Congestion Charges and other extra costs if known, will also be added to the total cost.
Mileage is calculated from collection location to delivery location using the fastest route.
Your quote is valid only for the day, time and load you have specified. Any changes made may change the quoted price up or down.
Your quoted price includes 20 mins Pick Up Time, 20 mins Delivery Time. Extra "waiting time" at either location may be charged at £7.00 for 20 mins or part of unless other wise agreed.
Tolls/ Congestion charges and any other edditional charges of this nature will be added to your final costs. You may receive a seperate invoice for these extra costs if these were unknow when you were provided with your quote.
Minimum Delivery Charges apply to all vehicles.
We do not transport any Hazardous or Dangerous or Illegal items or Pets, Animals.
Online Quotes.
Online quotes are an estimated price guide only and an accurate confirmed price will be provided when we contact you to confirm your booking requirements and details. Online quotes are for a Standard Sameday Services ,collection and delivery between 7am-7pm going one way only and does not take into consideration any non standard requirements. e.g. wait and return.
Loading/Unloading.
You are responsible for providing the correct equipment to load and unload the items you ask Gator Couriers to transport. e.g. forklift trucks to load/unload a pallet. extra persons to lift large item on/off our vans.
You will be subject to our waiting/loading time surcharge after the first 20 mins at either location whilst the items are on the van and you are unable to unload or whilst the driver waits to load whilst your provide the correct loading equipment. If you are unable to load the items your are subject to our cancellation policy. See below. If it is not possible to unload the items on delivery the items will be returned to the collection location and Full rates will for also apply for the return journey with your load. If it is not possible to return the goods to the collection location we may take your items to another destination or self storage company, you will be liable for all additional costs and any storage cost and any cost involved in unloading your items. If this is no possible and there is no option but to leave the items on the van you will be charged "waiting time" for the time the van has your items on it (see above).
On our arrival, If the item is larger or heavier than stated or to large or heavy for the vehicle you have requested we may send a larger vehicle or additional vehicles to complete your delivery but this will result in extra charges. If the item is larger than any vehicle we can provide you will be subject to our cancellation policy. See Below.
Goods in Transit Insurance
Up to £10,000 is automatically included in all courier/delivery services for small vans. (Berlingo Size, SWB Transit size).
Up to £15,000 is automatically included in all courier/delivery servicse for Large Vans. (LWB Transit, XLWB Sprinter)
Please inform us if you require higher insurance for your items. Extra charges will apply for the higher insurance cover.
Failure to inform Gator Couriers if you require higher cover and aquire the correct insurance cover may invalidate all Goods in Transit insurance cover on your items. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct level of insurance cover.
Cancellation:-
If you wish to cancel your booking, 24 Hours notice must be given to Gator Couriers, No charge will be made.
If you cancel within 24 Hours of collection time a 50% charge of the total fee will be payable.
If no cancellation notice is given, Cancellation within 2 hours of collection time or the driver has started his/her journey towards the collection location or any part of the journey has been completed on your behalf 100% of total fee is payable.
You will be invoiced with payment payable within 14 days of invoice date.
Payment Methods:-
Invoice.
This is not available to all customers. All invoices have to be paid within 14 Days of date on invoice.
Cash.
This can be paid to the driver at Collection address.
This option may not be available on all deliveries.
Paypal Account.
Payment can be made online from the "Payment Page" on ths site from funds in your paypal account. Payment has to be made before delivery.
Credit/Debit Card payments through Paypal.
Payment can be made online from the "Payment Page" on this site. Payment has to be made before we send a vehicle to the collection location.
You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay this way. Payment by card has to be made online via our payment page on this web site. The Driver cannot take card payments.
CARD SECURITY.
There is a link on this site which takes you directly to paypal who process the payments made direct to Gator Couriers.
We do NOT receive your card details using this method of payment. Your details are given direct to Paypal. This helps to ensure your card security.

Late Payments:-
Invoices.
If payments are not made within the time scale specified on your invoice a standard late payment charge may apply of £50.00. Full amount including late payment fee will become payable within 14 days.
Cash.
If a cash payment is not made as agreed, usually on collection of your item, a standard late payment charge will apply of £50.00. Full amount including late payment fee will become payable within 14 days.
Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Paypal Funds.
If a card payment is returned to your card, or a paypal payment is returned to your paypal account at your request or at the request of Paypal or the card company in question, a standard late payment fee will be apply of £50.00. Full amount outstanding including late payment fee will become payable within 14 days.
NON PAYMENTS.
Non payers will be refered to a debt recovery agency who may add further recovery costs to the outstanding debt. The debt recover company may proceed to take legal action against you.
This may affect your ability to aquire credit or services in the future.
